Bon Air Title Agency has licenses to write for the above established underwriting companies that are nationally recognized for being the best in the industry.  Because of these agreements, Bon Air has access to previously insured policies as well as the ability to offer a variety of prices and policies to cover any real estate purchase.  As a result of our access to a large number of different plant departments we are able to provide more efficient searches, thus creating a time advantage over other companies. Along with these relationships come a variety of pricing options that allow our consumers a choice of insurance products depending on their needs.

These relationships enable us to compare rates and terms among insurers to find the best value for each client. By having access to our underwriters' policy databases, in many instances, we are able to give the purchasers a substantial reissue rate savings off the premium, if a qualifying pre-existing policy exists.
